Private Secretary

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
Eligibility Conditions:
A). Essential : (i) Bachelor Degree from a recognized University (ii) Should be possessing a speed in English – (a) 100 to 120 words per minutes in Shorthand; and. (b) 60 words per minutes in typing.(iii) At least 5 (five) years of experience in post of stenographer in the Central Govt./ State Govt./ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Major Ports or in reputed firm. B).
Desirable : Should be well versed in the operation of a computer/ personal computer/ Familiarity with word processing and similar software programs.
