Eligibility Conditions: 1) holding analogous post in regular govt service OR 2) have at least 2 years regular service in grade rendered after appointment thereto in the scale of Revised PB Rs 9300-34800 + GP 4800/- or equivalent in parent cadre or department OR have at least 3 years regular service in grade rendered after appointment thereto in the scale of Revised PB Rs 9300-34800 + GP 4600/- or equivalent in parent cadre or department 3) Bachelor Degree from a recognized university OR 3 years Diploma in Personnel Administration or HRD 4) 3 years experience in Administration, Accounts, Establishments, Budget work/ matters
